The Q-Audio FreeStage8 is a compact, battery-powered loudspeaker featuring 100 W RMS Class D amplification, an 8-inch coaxial loudspeaker system, Bluetooth and USB playback, flexible microphone, line and instrument inputs, plus TWS wireless stereo linking.
The Q-Audio FreeStage8 delivers flexible, portable sound for live performances, presentations, fitness classes, small events and general music playback. Its 8-inch coaxial loudspeaker system combines a 40 oz magnet, 1.5-inch voice coil and 1.35-inch high-frequency driver with 100 W RMS Class D amplification and DSP processing, delivering a maximum sound pressure level of 115 dB from a compact, portable enclosure.
Two XLR/6.35 mm combo inputs accommodate microphones, line-level equipment and instruments, with selectable microphone, line and guitar sensitivity. Each channel includes independent level, reverb, low EQ and high EQ controls, allowing connected sources to be adjusted directly from the loudspeaker. Additional connectivity includes Bluetooth audio, USB media playback, a balanced 6.35 mm line input and a 3.5 mm stereo auxiliary input.
A balanced XLR mixed output allows the FreeStage8 to feed another powered loudspeaker, mixer or recording device. Its integrated TWS function can also wirelessly link two compatible FreeStage loudspeakers to create a stereo system with wider coverage.
The built-in 12 V, 8 Ah rechargeable battery provides completely portable operation, while the universal 100 to 240 V AC mains input supports continuous operation and internal battery charging. A USB-C 5 V, 2 A output is also provided for charging compatible mobile devices.
